Three Cultures Café was founded by TaRon LaVar in August 2025. A 2010 graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute of Pittsburgh, TaRon developed his culinary foundation through formal training and years of hands-on experience.

In 2012, he launched Simply R Tistic Catering, a culinary company that successfully served clients for over a decade. After relocating to Atlanta in 2020, TaRon saw an opportunity to evolve his brand and vision. This led to the creation of Three Cultures Café, a concept that reflects his passion for blending culinary traditions.

 At its core, Three Cultures Café brings together flavors from three different cultures, while Soul Food remains the heart and inspiration behind the company.  The concept celebrates bold flavors, comforting classics, and innovative combinations that bring multiple food traditions together in one unforgettable experience.

Currently operating as a pop-up café in Atlanta, Georgia, Three Cultures Café continues to grow its customer base while building momentum for its next phase. The company plans to launch operations from a cloud kitchen (ghost kitchen) in late 2026, allowing for expanded delivery and takeout service throughout the city.

Following a year of successful operations, the long-term vision includes expanding into a food truck, and ultimately opening a full brick-and-mortar restaurant location where guests can fully experience the Three Cultures Café concept.
